Early Childhood Workforce Advisory Committee

Pursuant to Article 10 of the FY23 budget, the GWB established an Early Childhood Workforce Advisory Committee (ECWAC) to identify barriers to entry into the early childhood education workforce. The committee was tasked with the development of a report containing early childhood education workforce recommendations to be submitted to the General Assembly in April 2023.
