Incumbent Worker Training Grants

The Incumbent Worker Training Grant Program is designed to help employers remain competitive and help workers maintain and advance in their careers. It provides a 50% to 100% reimbursement for eligible costs on eligible training activities. All Rhode Island employers who meet the eligibility requirements outlined in the program guide may apply.
