EmployRI is Rhode Island’s official state employment board and a free online workforce platform that helps employers post jobs, connect with local talent, and support their hiring needs. Employers can easily promote openings, search for qualified candidates, and access tools that strengthen recruitment and workforce development statewide.
Virtual Job Fair
Employers can access our Business Service Specialists for support with hosting virtual job fairs, connecting with quality employees, and meeting other workforce development needs. To partner with DLT to host a virtual job fair, email dlt.esu@dlt.ri.gov.
Rhode Island Experiential Learning Navigator
RIEXL is a free online platform that allows Rhode Island employers to engage directly with educators and students, promote career pathways, and offer work-based learning experiences. It provides a simple, year-round way for employers to help shape and strengthen the state’s future workforce.
Work Immersion
Work Immersion is an internship support program available to Rhode Island employers designed to boost the employment prospects of eligible students and unemployed or underemployed adults through meaningful paid work experiences. The Incumbent Worker Training Grant Program is designed to help employers remain competitive and help workers maintain and advance in their careers. It provides a 50% or 75% reimbursement for eligible costs on eligible training activities. Learn more at the link below.
Workplace Accessibility Grants
The Workplace Accessibility Grant Program promotes employment and economic opportunity for individuals with disabilities through investment in accessible workplaces. It provides a 100% reimbursement for eligible costs up to $5,000 per calendar year.
