The public comment period for the draft 2024 Workforce Innovation & Opportunity Act (WIOA) State Plan is now closed. The 2024 Plan will be posted to this page once it has been accepted and approved.

The current WIOA State and Local plans were adopted on July 1^st, 2020 and expire on June 30^th, 2024.

It is important to note that the plans may be modified as needed.
